Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and get a full refund. After 24 hours, no refund will be provided. Refunds will also be given in the following conditions:

  1. If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 2 weeks (in India) from the order date.
  2. If ‘Lets Webify Ecommerce Solutions’ fails to ship the ordered products.
  3. If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

The refund process will start from 31stday of order and it will take a minimum of 10 more days thereafter.

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that they don’t like it after they get the delivery of the product or feel the product doesn’t match their expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  2. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  3. Package refused by recipient.
